Peas were awful! Fish tasted metallic no salt or vinegar on food - specifically asked for extra vinegar. Driver was nice and friendly that’s the only decent thing about the whole thing

First time order here! Outstanding food, amazing fish and chips, nice crispy batter cooked to the perfection! The pizzas were lovely too and the delivery time was spot on with a friendly driver! My new takeaway for sure

Ordered chip steak supper the chips weren’t the best was like they had been lying. The chicken king kebab the chicken wasn’t very nice and the naan was very hard. The haggis fritters were very salty in all not very good for £32 worth of food.

I often order from here and love the food however this time it didn't meet expectations. Chicken pakora and chicken popcorn were too overcooked in the fryer and my kids didnt really enjoy. I also didnt get what I ordered which was chicken and donnar kebab, I only received chicken, however it was nice. I didnt see the point in phoning to complain even though charging me the extra for the donnar. The pasta is always beautiful and very much enjoyed. Quite disappointed and would hesitate to order again unfortunately!

Food as always was amazing. We normally go for food ourselves and will do this from now on as delivery was marked on app as delivered. I had to phone twice to chase it up. Not shops problem, only a delivery issue

An hour and 35 minutes it took to receive our order, even after trying to call the shop to chase it up and was basically told it’s been forgotten about and it’ll be on its way, then the lady just said bye and hung up. My 12 year old daughter is diabetic and this significant delay resulted in her going into serious hypoglycaemia as she’d taken her insulin for her tea which never arrived when we were told it’s be here. This is just not acceptable, if you are running late then make sure you’re website indicates that or make sure your staff check your website for orders so you don’t get this again… next time it might not be so lucky for someone if they have a medical situation but don’t have the help to hand to try and fix it.

Ordered online for collection so I did not have to stand and wait in the shop as I had my small kids in the car. Despite it saying meal was ready to collect it seems it was only ordered when I entered the shop to collect which resulted in a 10-15min wait. The reason I ordered from Guilios was to avoid any waiting time. Won’t happen again.
